Visit from the Easter Bunny

The Easter Bunny stopped by with presents for Zman.
Lately Zane has been getting the mop and broom out and dragging them around the house - so the Easter Bunny brought Zane his very own mop to use...He also got books and crayons, a racer ATV and a soft duckie...

Easter Picnic

Saturday was the family Easter picnic. Zane's first Easter Hunt! There were a lot of kids hunting for candy and Zane found his fair share... Mom and Dad helped of course...

There was a lot of candy to find at the Easter Hunt, but Zane could only hold two pieces of candy...one in each hand...

Work with Dad

Zane went to work with Chris this week. He got to help dad teach, work in the office, drive and eat lunch...needless to say, they had fun together. Zane loves hanging out with his Dad.

Great Grands

Last Sunday was Lindy Lou's bday party. Zane's great grandma and grandpa Parker were there. They are both in their 90's and still going strong! Zane gives them quite a work out...he loves them and laughs so hard when grandpa Parker makes funny duck noises.

The warm weather allowed us to get outside and play in our backyard. Zane got to play on his backyard playground for the first time...swing, jump, slide. He had SO much fun - so did mom and dad...

This is the picture taken at our doctor appt last month - about 20 weeks along. I'm almost 26 weeks now and feeling great! She's sweet to her mom.

SPRING FEVER

We have Spring Fever! Zane just wanted to be outside all weekend. He walked and walked and walked until my feet hurt! Every time we came back inside he would get so upset. Chris made Zane a balloon...he has his very own helium tank, which he is quite proud of...Zane carried the balloon around almost all day before it finally popped. He was quite proud of his yellow balloon.

Brusha Brusha Brusha Brusha - Zane really likes to brush his teeth now that we got him a new toothbrush...In fact, he gets pretty mad when we take the toothbrush away from him.

BATH TIME FUN!

BATH TIME FUN!

Z loves bathtime... He has a fishing pole he uses to catch his toys in the bath tub. He also likes to blow bubbles in the water - sometimes he gets a mouth full of water instead.

He's quite a little fish - he loves swimming, bathing, or anything that deals with him getting wet (even putting his hand in the toilet once in awhile...yuck).

Visit from Grandma & Grandpa

Grandma and Grandpa Hirschi came to visit on Sunday.

Grandma had her hands full with Zane and Mumu. I'm not sure if Zane is bigger or Mumu...

Zane took Grandma and Grandpa for a walk down the street. He's really into walking around outside - he's ready for Spring!

I think Grandpa and Zane have twinner shoes on....

Zane kept walking up the neighbors driveway - it's the first time he's gone uphill. He wanted to keep climbing the driveway again and again. Grandpa was helping him along the way...

Fun filled Family Weekend

We had quite a fun filled family weekend. Saturday we took Zane to Jungle Jim's Playground - there were so many kids there...Zane just wanted to walk around and watch all the kids and chase all the balloons...he loves balloons.

He did get on a couple of rides with his dad. Zane was a little scared of the flying spaceships until they actually started flying - then he got a very serious look on his face... I think he was too scared to smile, cry or even move...he felt safe next to Dad though.

We also took a ride on the Merry-Go-Round. He was having fun when the ride started, but after too many rounds, he was ready to get off the horse. All in all it was a fun day - especially since Zane got to take home a balloon.
